About This Piece

A peculiar catch was made at the sea today, raising the question: who caught whom, and where will they end up?

The artist's fascination with old diving suits inspired this image. The artwork combines a vintage photo of a diver with another of children performing a Maypole dance. After some experimentation, a unique concept emerged. Several viewers noted similarities to the game Bioshock, specifically the dynamic between Big Daddies and Little Sisters. While unintentional, these parallels highlight shared inspirations in both the artist's and the game's creators' work.

The drawing itself was made with a range of graphite pencils on an A2 (59.4cm x 42cm) piece of heavyweight cartridge paper (220gsm). It's available framed or unframed and finished with a professional fixative and matt varnish.
