About This Piece

In the original artwork that this print is taken from, David explores the Welsh folkloric concept of "Gwynt traed y meirw", an easterly wind traditionally seen as a supernatural messenger. By featuring a kite flyer, he ingeniously depicts wind's ethereal nature, transforming an obscure cultural tradition into a compelling visual narrative.

The unframed print is available in 2 sizes.
